Taiyou-hime Updated Version

Yes, I do realize that people in the Avatar universe don't have red hair. The reason why she has red hair, and not brown hair, in this is because I wanted to be more Sun-like. The previous color scheme looks far too Fire Nation, and to tell you the truth, the Fire Nation does NOT own the Sun.

On another note, I do realize that I went overboard with the yellow, but hey, she's the Sun. I wanted her to be radiating with color and brightness. Also, since Yue is depicted with a pleasant white glow, I wanted to contrast that by using bold and bright yellows.

This is a really old drawing that I did but I never found the time to color it. Since I wanted to update the look, I pulled this out of the storage and worked on it. The picture was drawing on a piece of tracing paper and thanks to my awesome storing skills, the page became wrinkled over time. I had to make due.
